It’s for these reasons why I think those that suffer from regular tonsil stones must get this tool.

Salt Water or Apple Cider Vinegar Gargle

Both of these solutions have antibacterial properties which makes them extremely effective at wearing away tonsil stones and fighting off the bacteria that causes them. Not only that but gargling itself could help loosen the stones as well.

That is why I recommend gargling them on a daily basis. It doesn’t really matter which, both have similar results – however if you’re struggling with inflammation then I would for the apple cider vinegar.

Just add 1 tablespoon of either to a full glass of clean water and take a small sip. Swirl the mixture around your mouth, making sure it reaches your tonsils, for about 15 seconds then spit out and repeat with the entire solution.

For the best results I recommend doing this at least once per day.
